“Colori ad arte” is the slogan of our Company. We have been dedicated to the genetic improvement and the creation of new varieties of carnations over the last fifty years, in keeping with the local tradition developed in Sanremo, the heart of the “Riviera dei Fiori”. “Colori ad arte” is a traditional Italian expression: “arte” means art and can be applied to any human activity based on talent, individual creativity and experience. Researching better varieties of flowers implies technical and scientific competences, as well as intuition, experience, and the ability to discover the beauty that holds everything together. To work “ad arte” also means to do something very well, obtaining excellence and quality. “Colori ad arte” is the expression we use to point out in just three words both the beauty of the colours and the excellent quality of the Moraglia varieties together with the passion, the reliability and the devotion invested in the hybridisation and selection work.
